With over 20 years of experience, Mr.Khaled Al qenaei is an expert in commercial , civil , criminal law and fintech. worked as a lawyer for several financial institutions such as Kuwait finance house . a legal consultant for firms based in DIFC and Riyadh also worked as Deputy Director for legal affairs for a leading consulting company in Kuwait and CEO for several companies in the GCC and a board member for listed and non listed companies such as Osoul investment company and a patner at sputech law firm.
Mr. Al qenaei was a member in several legal committees such as the economic committee, the investment laws review committee and the information technology laws review committee under Kuwait lawyer association. He gained the Prince reward for distinction activity and participate in non profit organizations for instant he worked as the President of the investment office at the Arab European Organization for Environment – Geneva , a board member of Kuwait water waqf and legal consultant for Kuwait heritage society.
